Good packing protects your belongings and makes unpacking much faster. These are the tips our professional packers use every day.
Use the right boxes
Put heavy items like books in small boxes and light items like linen in large ones. Never overfill – boxes should close flat and stack safely.
Wrap fragile items properly
- Wrap plates individually and stand them on their edge
- Fill empty space with paper so nothing moves
- Mark boxes FRAGILE and THIS WAY UP
Label everything
Write the room and a short list of contents on two sides of each box. It makes placement on moving day quick and easy.
