Quotes and bookings
Quotes are based on the information you provide. Changes to inventory, access or addresses may change the price.
Pricing
Hourly rates are charged from arrival at the first address until unloading is complete, plus any stated travel or call-out fee. Prices exclude GST unless stated.
Cancellations
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Your responsibilities
Ensure safe access and parking at both addresses, and that items are packed and ready unless you have booked our packing service.
Items we may not move
Dangerous goods, flammables, illegal items, cash, jewellery and important documents should not be given to movers.
Liability and insurance
We take great care with your belongings. Our liability is limited as set out in your booking confirmation and insurance cover.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the move unless otherwise agreed.
